Spring Events
Here is a list of events coming up soon:
• Wednesday 28th April. Our Business Enterprise scheme has been chosen for an award at the ASDAN Celebration day to be held at Bristol Zoo. Our Business partners, Community Volunteers and Sixthform students will be attending.
• Saturday May 8th. Props Barbarians v Frampton Cotteral. Raffle and usual hospitality. Free entry from 1pm.
• Saturday May 15th. The Best in the West Sixes. This is a touch rugby tournament featuring corporate teams from the area. Last year our inclusive team included three Briarwood Sixth formers. We came second in the tournament to Bath’s England International Matt Banahan”s team. Kicking off at 10am. Details on our website.
• Thursday May 20th. The National Institute of Gas Engineers Annual Golf Day. At the Kendleshire. Tables available. Proceeds to PROPS.
• May 27th to June 2nd. The Bristol to Bordeaux Cycle Challenge. Our major event of the year and one in which we want you to get behind our riders and sponsor them for this magnificent effort. Dave, Nick and Andy Cameron will be braving the 400 mile journey to raise funds to support our students. You can pledge now by logging onto :
